Collector of....Things

The girls and I were walking out the door on our way to drop Emmy off at preschool. She seemed to be struggling under the weight of her backpack. When I took it from her, I realized she most definitely had some extra weight in there. I did a little digging and this is what I found.

Moral of the story is: don't think that having a girl will free you of finding sticks, rocks, and yes, sometimes frogs, in her possession.

I remember helping with collections while we were with the kids when Olivia was born. We're looking forward to more collections when we see you in May. At least there was nothing poisonous or prickly in this collection. We still have boxes of collection in our garage. They all make us smile :-) lv, mil

I'm just glad I don't have to look at that picture of chicken nuggets anymore! Where have you been?

Good luck with that. Madison took one of Carson's large car displays that Matt had made him and turned it into a fancy rock display. I have found bags of them and piles of them all over in her room and random places around the house. Her favorite summer passtime is finding rocks and then washing them carefully in my kitchen sink. Whatever!!!
