This is FUN! (dripping with sarcasm)

I'm hungry.

Which means I hate everyone right now.

Yup, that includes you.

I'm sure the celery I'm going to go eat right now will make it all better.

They brought donuts to work. They are SOOOOO GOOOOODDDDD! Warm, moist, with just the right amount of sugar. And then the chocolate filled ones, are you KIDDING ME! Delicious! mmm, mmmm, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Chasing that down with chocolate milk is the best.

But I am really looking forward to going to Chuy's and having chips with creamy jalapeno by the basket and bucket load and chase that with an ice cold Coca Cola Classic or Dr. Pepper. I can't decide.

Not being on a diet is the best. If I want to eat something I eat it and if I don't, I don't. And the best part, I don't have the shakes from the lack of carbs.

but you are doing great Mindy. I can barely see your butt from Houston now that you have lost 7 pounds.

I'm hungry too. Dieting SUCKS! But I'm happy with the direction that the scale is going.

Man, I was all sad that I couldn't compete with you for a little inspiration... you know, all those things I said were true about how my back was out, my heart meds have weight-gain side effects and weight-loss-blocking-effects, etc. etc.

HOWEVER...A week after ya'll started up, my back was feeling decent (although still not 100%), so on Tuesday, I started some drastic calorie counting and exercising and got on my Wii Fit every night for a while...
AND I AM DOWN 10 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

p.s. can i just say celery is gross??? I mean, if you can't eat it with laughing cow cheese or with peanut butter, then EW. My favorite treat right now while I am trying to lose weight is frozen red grapes. So sweet and the frozen part helps with the hellish heat going on this time of year, too....and one more tip -- I am loving sparkpeople.com. Free weight-loss management stuff.

I Want to Hear From You!
