If you didn't see this entry, you missed seeing that my sister has, what some of us like to call, a shopping disorder.
I was organizing Olivia's closet and dresser (you have to do it often when they grow out of their clothes every 3 months). I soon realized she had an overwhelming number of shoes - and she won't even walk in these (they'll be too small by then). So you didn't think I was crazy or exaggerating, I took a picture.
I'll save you time; I counted 28 + the pair of sandals downstairs in the flip flop basket. Thirty would have been excessive - 29's not bad, right?
Thanks again, Kristen, for keeping my family dressed.

wow! what a lucky little girl! I remember Emmy having lots of cute shoes too.
That is outrageous! At least she'll look cute!!! Lucky you!
Boys are easy a pair or two of sneakers, a pair of sandals/flip flops and church shoes!
Shoes just make the outfit.. and girls are so much fun to dress than boys. How wonderful to have a sister with a shopping disorder who shares!!
THAT'S CRAZY!
how absolutely fabulous! a girl's gotta have variety in the footwear department!
Lucky girl. Hoop me up with that sister of yours!!
Okay, this is so funny to me because I have a picture just like this of Carter's shoes, and he's a boy! I, too, am the lucky recipient of a prone to shop a lot family member's hand-me-downs-a-plenty. I just got a new "shipment of the 2T-4T stuff: two garbage bags full of clothes and one full of shoes! Isn't it the best?!
I'm jealous. So many cute shoes.
That's one lucky girl!
I wish I had a little girl to buy cute shoes for. However my boy's are always going for the cute pink ones.
I thought Audrey had a lot! Wow! Your kids are always so well dressed.
OH dear...I have a feeling this will be my child's future whenever that day may come-- I'm a certified shopaholic.
And John E. indignantly asked if I had ever even met you since you had commented on my blog. I reminded him that I had at his law school graduation and he decided it was ok for you to comment then. Glad you/we have his approval :-).
